CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments is very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. 

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment costing time and money.

 

Any appointments that are canceled without a 48 hour notice are considered late cancelations and will result in a late cancellation charge. A "no show" appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

We understand that life happens, but ask for as much advanced notice as possible. Enforcing our cancellation policy allows me time to inform my waitlisted guest of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled. â€‹â€‹

LATE ARRIVALS 

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining amount of time. We never want to rush an appointment and will determine if it's best to reschedule. 

 

If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, it will be considered a "no show" and will be treated as a missed appointment. â€‹â€‹â€‹

LITTLE ONES

As much as I love hearing about you little ones and watching them grow, if they do not have a scheduled appointment, please leave them at home.

We want all of our guest to experience a relaxed environment and get the attention they deserve!

 

Most importantly we don't want your littles to get hurt with the sharp tools and chemicals at the salon. If you bring your littles to the salon, your appointment may get rescheduled due to our policy.
